T-shirt Return Policies

When you receive your shirt, please inspect it carefully for any holes / damage / open seams. This is very rare, but sometimes we miss these defects and ship them out. If you find any problems, contact us immediately at support@lifeguardoutfitters.com .

We will accept exchanges on unworn shirts for up to 90 days. Worn shirts with bad stitching or a hole must be returned within 30 days. Any shirts purchased in November / December may be returned / exchanged by January 31st.

Returns are expected to be received in an unused and resalable condition. Items that have been washed, dried, damaged, stained, smell strongly of smoke, covered in pet hair, or have been otherwise damaged are non-returnable. Please notify us of any other defects as soon as you become aware of them. Although we do take responsibility for any quality defects, we are not responsible for what is considered normal "wear and tear". T-shirts will fade, stretch and change over time, this is considered normal wear and tear. Please note that in the absence of a defect or error on our behalf, we are unable to cover the costs of return shipping at this time. We opt to offer the best quality t-shirts at the best possible price and for this reason we keep our costs (and your prices!) as low as possible.
